Welcome to LinkedStudent, the website where you find companies that want your competence.

By establishing contact with working life during your education you kickstart your career. At LinkedStudent you find proposals for thesis projects, work placements and traineeships both nationally and internationally. You also find ads for extra jobs.

Most ads from companies are in Swedish but in many cases it is possible to communicate, and write your thesis, in English. Do not hesitate to call their contact-person and ask. Be prepared to give a presentation of yourself and your competence!

LinkedStudent gives employers the opportunity to establish contact with potential future employees among students at Umeå University.

There is a wide range of ways to cooperate with students during their education, for example by offering thesis projects or work placements. You can also advertise traineeships and job vacancies. All services at LinkedStudent are free of charge.

With 36 000 students and 150 different study programs, there is great chance for you to find the competence you need for your company. If you need help or have questions, please contact staff at the Career Centre.
